My interest in therapy comes from a long standing curiosity about how the mind works, why we dream, how people adapt to change, and what enables some individuals to feel content, even with very little.
My work is centred on reducing distress, stopping worry, strengthening inner resources, meeting essential needs, and supporting meaningful change that lasts.
